Consent and settings
Because the current public website does not use optional analytics or advertising cookies, we do not display an unnecessary “accept all” banner. Language storage chosen directly by the user is used only to remember that choice. You can open at any time to review the current categories and clear the saved language preference.
If Casa Direct later adds optional analytics, advertising or similar non-essential technologies, the website will be updated to request any consent required before those technologies are activated, with equivalent accept/reject choices.
Third-party connections
Pages may load property photographs or approved partner/area imagery from external content hosts. When a browser requests an external image, the external host can receive ordinary technical connection information such as IP address and browser request data. Casa Direct does not currently use those connections for its own behavioural advertising or analytics.
Browser controls
You can also delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary session technology may prevent the protected staff portal from functioning.

We will update this policy if the technologies used by the website change.
